Our trained staff will test your fitness levels while you complete a short health screen questionnaire. We want to gather as much information as possible about your exercise experience, limitations, and fitness goals so we can design the proper workout just for you. Women's Only Workout Area Feel uncomfortable in the big weight room? Our ladies fitness area is equipped with several different types of workout equipment including flat bench, incline bench, dumbbells, treadmill, glute machine, smith machine, and much more. The atmosphere is great! Female trainers are available to assist you.
Group Exercise Classes Our classes are available to members throughout the week, and are taught by Nationally Certified Instructors. We have classes for beginners through advanced, both low and high impact, aerobic and non-aerobic. Whatever your goals, we have a class for you.
Membership Child Watch Come and visit our friendly and caring child watch staff. Monday through Friday, we offer morning and evening child watch for our fitness center members during their workouts. Child watch is available on Saturday morning too.
