Waycross Family YMCA

Mission Statement:
To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all.

Summer Day Camp
The best place to be each summer is the YMCA. Kids have a blast in Summer Day Camp. Day Camp includes field trips, swimming, outdoor play, arts & crafts, sports, daily devotions, summer lunch, and daily snacks. Kids ages 4 -15 can participate. Enrollment begins in late April. Member discounts and scholarship assistance are available.

Holiday Camp
Whenever the holiday season is in, you need to shop, work, and get ready for those holiday visitors. We have the answer, Holiday Camp. Our program will offer full day care with group activities and plenty of fun. Sign up early and ensure your holiday sanity. You can pay by the week or by the day. Member discounts and scholarship assistance are available.

Y-Time After School Care
Our fully staffed state licensed program will continue to offer your child a safe after school environment. Y-Time meets Monday through Friday and on school half-days and teacher work days. We provide bus service, homework assistance, devotion time, games, outdoor activities, and a healthy snack. Our primary focus is care for your child using our four character development principles; caring, honesty, respect and responsibility. Member discounts and scholarship assistance are available.

YMCA Preschool
Our preschool program operates during the school year for kids ages 2 - 4 during the morning hours. Because of our excellent teacher-to-child ratio and trained staff, we are able to prepare your children for their future education. Curriculum includes class instruction, kids fitness, field trips, swimming and devotion time. Member discounts and scholarship assistance are available.
